Jennifer Dulski [11:08]: So let me show you a little bit of the product, just a little teaser. So what it does is it gets to know me. Right? It starts by asking me questions about my experience, my, challenges, my goals, and so forth. And then the more it gets to know me, it also asks me about which company value I want to work on and so forth. And then it will summarize what it's learned and create a customized growth plan. Everyone in an organization gets a one of one growth plan. No, not everybody in the same training, but my plan targeted to me, my particular one I got here is about leading through change, making my team feel valued, accelerating our AI adoption, etcetera. And then it breaks down each of those tracks into these different modes. So I might get a working session, a coaching session, a team building session in here, and the next thing it will do is schedule with me on my calendar, just like a trainer would.

Jennifer Dulski [12:09]: So finds a spot on my calendar, it schedules time, it sends reminders to me through messaging to show up. The other thing that happens is that I can go on demand anytime, and let me just show you an example here. So, if I have a particular conversation coming up that I need to practice for that might be a hard conversation, I don't have to wait for the trainer to bring that up with me. I can go ask RT anytime, and the first thing that it will do is it will give me the people on my team. So this is, again, one way that having a tool like this is so different than a standard LLM because it already knows my team.

Sam Nadler [12:47]: Resumes don't tell you who someone is. Interviews do. Interviews that captures how someone thinks, how they communicate, how they solve problems at scale.
