Rob Williams [3:09]: So I'm happy to share... I'll give you an example right here. This is hot off the presses. This is going out to production, like, over the next week. So if it's not enabled for... We've got 5,000,000 monthly active users. We have to pace the rollouts a little bit. So if it's not enabled for people today, it will be. And this is an example of, like, what I woke up to. This is staging data, so it's not complete for my whole account. But, like, I get briefed based off of the email interactions we had, based off of what Read knows about YouTube, off of what it knows about your podcast. And I can come into the meeting with some really clear and what's expected of me, how I can prepare for it. So as you see here, this is my product telling me that I need to prepare a demo of my product for you, and I decided I would just show it to you live and give it to you. And it's not just the case that we want it to be this passive thing. We also want people to feed into it and tell us how to structure and what data is related.
Rob Williams [4:09]: So toward that end, something else that we launched just over the summer is switching over into our folders view here. You can set up all kinds of actions and rules so that your data flows exactly where you want it to flow. So if it's a client call, it can flow that way. If it's product discovery or user interviews, it can go to a completely different group of internal users. Really trying to figure out how to unlock information and get people what they need in order to be effective at their jobs is the name of the game for us.
